Day 1
Since the launch of our new state of the art website last month we have been inundated with requests for celebrity bookings from meet ‘n’ greet events at the opening of new nightclubs to securing Tom Jones and Alexandra Burke for Christmas specials. We’ve also been working with Matt Evers of ITV’s Dancing on Ice to create some fabulous winter wonderland shows over the festive season – it’s never too early to plan for Christmas!

Day 2
I enjoyed a great day in central London with Jane McDonald undertaking some promotional work as Jane is starting her 27 UK tour dates this month; I booked her into BBC’s Western House for 12 back-to-back radio interviews which went extremely well. After a leisurely lunch together she went on to appear in Gino De Campo’s new TV show with Mel Sykes!

Day 3
World Star have been in talks with wedding co-ordinators to enlighten them about the opportunity to offer their clients a superb ‘finishing touch’ to their wedding plans by booking a celebrity artist to perform at the wedding reception. Just this week we had a very generous bridegroom from Scotland call us to book Michael Buble to sing at his wedding as a surprise for his new bride! Similar enquiries have come in for artists as diverse as Tony Christie to Lemar!   

Day 4
These days you can’t pick up a magazine without seeing an image of the gorgeous Cheryl Cole and we had a superb enquiry for a fashion shoot with Cheryl. The inside talk of the reunion of Girls Aloud next year is still rife – we aim to secure a performance on the south coast.

Day 5
The World Star Artists team have been backstage at recent events to meet the celebs and undertake PR work for shows by Roger Daltrey, Status Quo and Peter Andre. As festival season comes to a close we hear that there will be two new sites confirmed on the Isle of Wight and in the New Forest area for 2012. For more information, watch this space!
